Our team is composed of three levels: Project manager, quality control supervisor, and laborers. Each level has its own duties and responsibilities, and each level is as important as the next. This division of power creates a checks-and-balances hierarchy which allows us to cover all facets of the job efficiently and ensure high quality. If one team members misses or overlooks something, there is sure to be another one to check and report on it. This way, we are able to fix issues and handle complicated and demanding projects, as well.

The communication with the customer is a top priority for us. There is nothing worse than completing a project only to find out that something was installed wrong or the wrong color was used. “Measure twice, cut once” is a motto which we adhere to. Making sure we are following the customers’ desires and wishes is of the utmost importance, because once we complete a project, it is you, the customer, who will be using and enjoying the spaces we develop. It is important for us to do the job correctly for ultimate satisfaction.

Our day to day operation includes constant updates to the customer regarding timing and developments. Questions regarding design or preference are communicated to the customer in one of three ways: text message, email, or phone call – depending on what the customer prefers. Of course, if we meet with the customer in person, we are able to discuss these items as well. We are technologically capable to making this process as easy and comfortable as possible. Everything that is agreed upon is in writing and therefore we do not put the customer in a position of being unsure of what to expect. We adhere to our word and always strive to complete a project quickly but also correctly! We are no afraid to admit when we have made a mistake and are always happy to correct such mistakes as necessary. We are here to help you achieve your goals and dreams. If it possible, we will do it!
